80 chefs from around the world have donated soup recipes for the new book Soup for Syria, including Alice Waters, Yotam Ottolenghi, Mark Bittman and Anthony Bourdain. Join us for a selection of these soups on November 22nd. There will also be Middle Eastern music from Aliya Cycon, Professor Omar S. Dahi, Hampshire College, will speak at 5:30pm on the Syrian refugee crisis.
Copies of the book Soup for Syria will be on sale.
Profits will be donated to help fund food relief efforts to Syrian refugees.
