Graduation is June 9th! We’ve been busy planning a great post-graduation party and here is what you need to do:

1. Register your graduate so they can attend, fill out the form and send it in to the office.
2. Donate towards the cost, if you can $50 will help cover the costs of the event. Check or pay online
3. Encourage your graduate to attend! This will be a great party for the entire class.

HISTORY:  2017 represents the 36^th year of a totally fun Amherst High tradition: Project Graduation (also known as Senior Party).  Every year, on the evening after graduation, parents of both seniors and juniors have organized a great party to celebrate ARHS graduating seniors and give them a final chance to hang out and have fun.
WHAT: Fantastic music (bring your own playlist!), dancing, great food and drinks, bounce house and obstacle course, basketball, ping pong, henna tattoos, mechanical bull riding, games, and a special secret event to top off the evening—new this year!!
WHEN: 10:30pm – 3am   Arrive between 10:30 PM and midnight on June 9 (graduation night); stay as late as 3 AM on June 10. You can leave early with a parent or in one of the shuttle vehicles that will be driving kids home, but you may not drive yourself to or from the event.
WHERE: The Mullins Center (same venue as graduation).
WHO: ARHS Graduating Seniors and up to one invited guest per senior (guests must be either juniors or seniors)
HOW MUCH: Graduating seniors and their families are asked to make a suggested donation of $50, but no senior will be turned away if they or their parent/guardian(s) cannot make a donation. Guests are required to pay $35 with registration.
BRING: A good appetite for food and fun!  Just don’t bring anything illegal or dangerous!
WHY: Because seniors totally deserve a great party to celebrate a tremendous accomplishment and we want to keep them safe!
