The yummy menu for the French dinner prepared by the Culinary Arts and French students will include Vegetable Terrine and Salmon Terrine with Green Mousse, Vegetarian Cassoulet, Chicken and lamb Cassoulet, Cheese Fondue, a Chocolate fountain , some Francophone African food samplings, a crêpe station and much more!
