The Human Rights Commission encourages you to come out to the North Common under the merry maple on Monday December 10 at 4pm sharp for a community read aloud of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Commission provides candlelight and copies, mother nature provides the conditions, and YOU provide the voice.
