The Sene-Gambian Scholars program, which conducts exchange trips to West Africa, has begun its fall activities. These activities will include a field trip to the African Market and “Little Senegal” in Harlem and seeing a play by Nigerian writer Wole Soyinka at UMass.
The club meets every other Tuesday after school in Room 147. The next meeting is October 1.
The group will also be holding a meeting for students and parents interested in the spring 2020 exchange trip to Senegal and The Gambia on Wednesday, October 16, at 6 p.m. in the high school library.
