If you or someone you know has lost someone close and are grieving, it can feel lonely, difficult to talk about, and confusing. Especially so in this isolating pandemic. Sometimes finding others our age who have the shared experience of the death of a loved one can help us process our grief and not feel so alone. We are starting a group at ARHS for this very reason! Beginning Tuesday, Feb. 23rd at 2:30 pm, we will be coming together as peers navigating loss to share our stories, support each other, and celebrate those who’ve died. This will be a space in which you can share freely if it feels right, or you can simply be present and listen to others, whatever brings you comfort. Please refer to this flyer attached and consider if you or someone you know may be interested. Please reach out to Becca Leavell (leavellr@arps.org) or someone at the school you trust if you have any questions or want more information about joining!
