I hope this message finds you all in good health and spirits, and that all of you can enjoy the holiday break. But, if for any reason you need assistance with a mental health concern or crisis during the break, some services and supports are listed below. Our School Counselors and other members of our Mental Health team will also be on a well-deserved break, and you will most likely not be able to reach any of them for support next week.
