The Athletic Department is sponsoring an eight week conditioning program for anyone who wants to get into shape for spring sports. This is a good opportunity to get a jump on the competition. If you wait until the season starts it’s too late. The program will focus on the following areas: flexibility, mobility, strength, endurance, speed, and mental preparation. The program will be Monday through Thursday fro m 3:15 until 4:30. Participants will be given a workout for Friday and Saturday to do on their own.
The program will consist of running, hills, dynamic stretching, static stretching, cardio, and weight lifting.
Please come to an informational meeting Tuesday, January 9th in Room 112 at the High School @ 3 p.m. if your child(ren) are interested in finding out more about the program.
