ARHS to Feature Friday Stress Reduction Information Sessions

Do you feel overwhelmed by all the homework you have to do?
Do you find yourself nervous and anxious before tests?
Do you struggle to balance everything?
Do you have a Directed Study C Period?
All of us experience stress.

Do you know safe ways to cope and prevent stress?
Come to an Information Session in the library conference room to learn ways to manage stress in a friendly setting

Friday February 16th

Friday March 2nd

Come to any of the sessions or all of them!

● Welcome and introductions
● Introduction to stress – fight/flight/freeze response
● Review of coping skills
● Practicing a mindfulness-based grounding exercise
● Questions and final thoughts

Bring your friends! (There will be snacks!!)
