College Admissions Program at Jones Library on 10/22

Does the college admissions process seem overwhelming and confusing?  And just what do those initials mean?  Jill Margaret Shulman, author of College Admissions Cracked, will shed a light on the process for parents of the college-bound in a presentation on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Woodbury Room of the Jones Library.

College admissions doesn’t have to be scandalous or crazy-making! Whether your child is (or you are) a high school senior applying right now or a sophomore or junior just getting started, Shulman will clarify options, dispel myths, answer your burning questions, and send you on a saner, less stressful path.

Jill Margaret Shulman is the founder of In Other Words, a college essay coaching and application review service. She has evaluated applications at Amherst College and Williams College for nearly a decade and has taught at the New School and the City University of New York. She lives in Amherst, Massachusetts, with her husband (and two children, whenever they are home from college).
