Raising a teenager is hard! Raising Teens in Times of Change is a 6-week support group for Caregivers and Parents of ARHS 9th and 10th grade students. The group meets each week on Tuesday mornings virtually 8:30-9:30am starting September 21st. The capacity is limited to 10 families. The registration deadline is Friday, September 17th.

The aims of the group are to:

• Develop new skills to improve your relationship with your teen
• Feel less alone as a caregiver/parent
• Improve understanding of relationship dynamics with teens
• Recognize your strengths are a caregiver/parent
