This week, I just want to thank the entire ARPS community for the supportive way in which everyone has responded to our first mask-optional week in our schools.  Staff and students alike are making their individual choices regarding whether to wear a mask and are being respectful of the decisions made by others.  I appreciate that, as always, we are working together as one ARPS community caring for one another.

Next Wednesday, March 23 I am looking forward to meeting many of our incoming kindergarteners and their families at the in-person informational session at 6:30 p.m. in the Crocker Farm Elementary School cafeteria at 280 West Street.  Many members of our elementary administrative staff will be on hand to share information about the schools, including the Caminantes dual language program.  If you have family or friends who live outside of Amherst or Pelham and are interested in learning about school choice for their rising kindergartner, please share this information so they can come learn more on the 23^rd.
