The HRC Proudly celebrates Black History Month starting with a flag-raising ceremony on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the front steps of Town Hall. There will be more events and acknowledgments throughout the month of February. Celebrating Black History This Day and Every Day!
The national theme for Black History Month 2023 is “Black Resistance“.
