Members of the public who would like to submit public comments to the Committee can do so by sending an email message, or an audio or visual file of their public comments Chair Allison McDonald at McdonaldA@arps.org or by leaving a voicemail at 413-345-2949. Regardless of method, the comments need to be submitted by 3:00 PM on Monday, July 20 with the Subject listed as “Public Comment”. The message should also include their full name and town of residence. Public comments will be either shown on the screen for viewing or played at the meeting for no more than 3 minutes per comment. All public comments submitted will become part of the public record. If you have already submitted comments for the July 14th meeting they will be included into this meeting so there will be no need to resubmit them.
